Stop using this product now
The magnetic fidget sliders violate the mandatory standard for toys because they can liberate loose high-powered magnets posing an ingestion hazard to children. When high-powered magnets are swallowed, the ingested magnets can attract each other or other metal objects and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting, and/or blockage of the intestines, blood poisoning and death.
Using this product could cause serious injury, illness or death — stop using it now.
Reports so far: CPSC and the firm are aware of a report involving a child who removed the silicone casing, accessed the two small magnets inside the slider and ingested them. The child was hospitalized.
