Why it was recalled

Stop using this product now

A weld on a ring on the resistance trainer's belt can break during use and cause the resistance trainer's flexible cord to quickly and unexpectedly retract and hit an exercise partner who is holding the other end.

Using this product could cause serious injury, illness or death — stop using it now.

Reports so far: The firm has received three reports of the weld on the resistance trainer breaking and resulting in serious injuries, including blunt trauma to a lower leg, a puncture wound and a laceration.
