Stop using this product now
The interior fan of the Turbo Tool accessory can break and eject from the tool housing, posing a laceration hazard to the user or bystanders.
Using this product could cause serious injury, illness or death — stop using it now.
Reports so far: Royal Appliance received six reports of the Turbo Tool accessory breaking. No injuries have been reported.
