Stop using this product now
The rear plug of the candle can dislodge while lit, posing burn and fire hazards to the user if the user is holding the device.
Using this product could cause serious injury, illness or death — stop using it now.
Reports so far: North Central Industries has received six reports of a candle's rear plug dislodging while the firework was lit, resulting in burn injuries to the person holding the device. No reports of property damage have been received.
