The bicycles fail to meet the federal bicycle standard. The bicycle's front wheel can detach due to improperly fitting retention washers, posing a fall hazard to the rider.
Using this product could cause serious injury, illness or death — stop using it now.
Reports so far: The firm has received one report of an incident. No injuries have been reported.
