Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ornaments and return them to QVC for a full refund. Consumers are urged to use caution while handling the product. QVC will mail all known customers instructions for returning the product.

Reports so far: QVC has received 140 reports of consumers who received finger cuts while handling the ornaments, including four consumers who required stitches.
