The ball bearings inside each side of the decorative rattle can be released, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Using this product could cause serious injury, illness or death — stop using it now.

Reports so far: The firm has received two reports of ball bearings releasing from the decorative giftware baby rattle. No injuries have been reported.
