The arm bar can bend or detach during use, posing a fall hazard to children.
Using this product could cause serious injury, illness or death — stop using it now.
Reports so far: Nuna has received 50 reports of the arm bar detaching, including six reports of children falling from the high chair. Four incidents resulted in injuries, including bruising and a cut on the forehead.
