Stop using this product now
The bicycle seatstay or linkage component parts used to connect the seat tube and rear axle dropouts can be incorrectly sized which can cause the frame to collapse, posing a fall hazard to the rider.
Using this product could cause serious injury, illness or death — stop using it now.
Reports so far: The firm has received one report of an incident in Switzerland. No injuries have been reported.
