The lithium-ion battery packs in the self-balancing scooters/hoverboards can overheat, posing a risk of the products smoking, catching fire and/or exploding.
Using this product could cause serious injury, illness or death — stop using it now.
Reports so far: There have been 42 incident reports of the battery packs in the self-balancing scooters/hoverboards smoking, catching fire and/or exploding, including 16 reports of injuries, such as burns to neck, leg, and arm, or severe property damage.
