Consumers should immediately stop using these recalled products and contact Razor to return their hoverboard for a free replacement hoverboard that is certified to comply with UL 2272.

The lithium-ion battery packs in the self-balancing scooters/hoverboards can overheat, posing a risk of the products smoking, catching fire and/or exploding.
Using this product could cause serious injury, illness or death — stop using it now.
Reports so far: There have been two reports of the battery packs in the self-balancing scooters/hoverboards catching fire, exploding or smoking. No injuries or property damage have been reported.
