The lithium-ion battery packs in the self-balancing scooters/hoverboards can overheat, posing a risk of the products smoking, catching fire and/or exploding.
Using this product could cause serious injury, illness or death — stop using it now.
Reports so far: There have been six incidents reported of sparks, overheating and short circuits with the recalled hoverboards. No injuries and property damage have been reported.
