Consumers should immediately unplug the water dispensers and stop using them. Nestlé Waters is contacting affected customers directly to schedule installation of a free replacement unit. Customers with questions should contact Nestlé Waters.

Sold at These units were sold and rented to businesses nationwide for consumer use from January 2013 to May 2016 as part of individual service contracts that Nestlé Waters has with these customers. A limited number of units were purchased by these customers for a list price of $599.99. The units are not sold or provided at retail..
Why it was recalled
Stop using this product now
The water dispensers can overheat, causing internal parts to melt and smoke. This poses burn and fire hazards.
Using this product could cause serious injury, illness or death — stop using it now.
Reports so far: Nestlé Waters has received seven reports of parts melting, smoking or burning. No injuries have been reported.
