The base of the chair can break during normal use, posing a fall hazard.

Using this product could cause serious injury, illness or death — stop using it now.

Reports so far: The firm has received 410 reports of the swivel chairs breaking, including 16 reports of injuries, primarily bruises and abrasions resulting from falls.
