Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ClimbMills and contact Johnson Health Tech North America to schedule a free repair. Johnson is contacting purchasers of the recalled ClimbMills directly.

The stop/pause controls on the right handgrip can malfunction, posing a fall hazard to the user.

Using this product could cause serious injury, illness or death — stop using it now.

Reports so far: The firm has received 19 reports of incidents involving the stop/pause handgrip malfunctioning, including eight reports of injuries such as scrapes, bumps and a shoulder dislocation.
