Consumers should immediately take the recalled jackets away from children and contact Tea Collection Inc. to receive a full refund.

Using this product could cause serious injury, illness or death — stop using it now.

Reports so far: Tea Collection Inc. has received reports from six consumers about snaps falling off the jackets. No injuries have been reported.
