Why it was recalled
The electrical connection devices can have mislabeled terminal markings, posing an electrical shock hazard.
The agency has not ranked the risk yet — treat the notice as a caution.
Reports so far: Leviton has received four reports of mismarked devices, including one report of a consumer who received an electrical shock, and three reports of minor property damage to equiptment with which the devices were being used.
