These items were shipped to retail locations in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. The problem was discovered during FSIS in-plant verification activities. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.
